Staying in shape and healthy seems like an easy thing for us to do - but in reality many of us are

unaware of all the steps we need to take to accomplish this. There are five important steps to take

that may not always help you to get the chiseled body that you want wu yi diet- but it will bring you that

1. Keep On Moving

Find ways to get up and do something to keep your body moving. Instead of sitting down and watching TV

all afternoon or all night go outside with your kids and run around or play ball with them. While at

work get up every couple of hours and take a walk around the office or walk to lunch instead of drive.

This is especially great for those of you who are too busy to go to the gym. It keeps your metabolism

going and keeps you energized.

2. Lose The Fat

Everywhere we look there are fast food restaurants that beckon us to eat there. While the food we eat

there might taste great they are full with so much fat and cholesterol that we are slowly damaging our

body. Cut down eating fried food, fatty meats, and try to eat low-fat cheese, milk, and other dairy

products.

3. Quit Smoking

Since 1960 the Surgeon General has been warning consumers that tobacco in cigarettes can be harmful to

your health and can slowly destroy your lungs. Nothing has changed since then and in order to prevent

this you must first say no to using them. It seems that in movies the cool people are portrayed smoking

and because of this many young teenagers and young adults feel that this will make them cool. Do not

let yourself or your children fall for this. Warn them of the dangers before it is too late!

4. De-Stress Yourself

This is one of the hardest things for anyone to do because even the smallest things can set us off.

Whether it be school, work, family, or just life in general there will always be something that will

cause us stress. A good way to try lower the stress you are under is to be alone for 30 minutes

everyday and do something that you truly enjoy. Listen to soft music, read a book, take a hit bath, or

walk in the park. While at work try to stay away from the people that stress you out the most as much

as you can.

5. Cut Back On Alcohol

It is true that a small glass of wine every day can protect women from heart disease and two can

protect men - but drinking more than that can actually hurt you and cause other problems that can lead

to kidney, liver, and heart disease.
